If he had died (like millions of other cancer sufferers) he wouldn't have been here to talk about how "God is a healer" or that "God is a loving God". So even if he believed that yet still died from his disease (as so many others do) he wouldn't be able to talk about how his faith was empty and he died anyway. You only hear the stories from the survivors, not the majority who die in spite of all their heart-felt prayers and faith. Just remember this and pity those who are delusional.
