I watched it when it was on TV originally. I came away feeling sorta dirty and wondering who or what that "Boba Fett" thing really was.
I was, seriously, the last person I knew to go see Star Wars. I waited months and months. I finally went to see it just to understand all the inside jokes and references people were making every day around me. And I was glad I went to see it. But if I had seen that "special" first... I doubt I would have seen Star Wars at all.
did some more research after "trying" to watch and found all sorts of interesting commentary. apparently it is the bane of lucas' existence (wha? not willow?) and harrison ford has a real hard time admitting he did it. there's a whole cult following of this train wreck. it's certainly one of the oddest things i've ever seen.
i write the world... among other things.
it's over 4 billion years old, so there's a lot of shit to write... and i like getting your emails:

Instead of a sweet Star Wars dream, how about a Star Wars nightmare? Hehe. Yes, sometimes I am evil.
